Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order and/or payment being confirmed, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days, subject to courier company and post office norms and the destination pin code.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your delivery address, pin code and contact number are entered correctly, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. Tracking details will be shared with you on email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, the same is not refundable.
Delays in Delivery
SGT Creations shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or regional restrictions.
